1 General Terms & Conditions

Winbd16 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and winbd16. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

All winbd16 services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Users are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at registration.

Winbd16 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Account Register

To register an account with winbd16, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and funds may be forfeited.

Information required at registration includes: your full name, a valid mobile number, and an active email address. winbd16 may request a government-issued ID at any time for identity verification (KYC) purposes. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

• Accounts may not be shared with or used by anyone other than the registered holder
• Accounts created with false information will be closed at any time
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited

To withdraw winnings from winbd16, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few minutes to 24 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw a bonus balance without completing the wagering requirements may result in the bonus being cancelled. winbd16 may request additional verification for large withdrawals, which could cause a temporary delay.

• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in permanent account closure

Winbd16's cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP loyalty points are each subject to their own terms. These offers are valid for a limited time and apply only to eligible members.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on winbd16 — slots, fish games, Sports Betting, bingo, and others — operate under their own individual rules. The rules for each game can be found within the game itself. winbd16 does not alter game outcomes; all results are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, winbd16 will make a decision based on the circumstances. If your internet connection drops after a bet has been placed, the game result will be saved on the server and will be available once you reconnect.
